At Deadlock AI (Private) Limited, our goal is to establish a reliable and secure platform. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided unless explicitly stated in Service Agreements. However, we do offer refunds per the conditions below to maintain customer satisfaction.

Customers must request a refund within fourteen (14) days of availing any service. Requests beyond this period are ineligible.
Company officers will verify actual delivery of services and confirm that quality was not improved despite persistent requests, before processing any refund.
No refunds will be issued for services outside the specified 14-day period.
